Puffins Remote Learning

Hello Puffins and welcome to remote learning. On a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Mrs Rogers will be your 'Remote Teacher' and then on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Mrs Gillard will be your 'Remote Teacher'.

Each morning I am going to set you up with some daily challenges for you to complete at home. Make sure to record your work in your remote learning books. I am really looking forward to seeing all your fantastic work when you are back at school.

I am also going to check in with you every afternoon, to see how you are getting on with the work and to answer any questions you may have. I would love to hear how you are getting on and about the things you have been doing, so please leave me a message in the guestbook below. I cant wait to read them!

Daily activities you can join in with:

  • At 10:30 am each day there will be a special Read write Inc. set 3 speed sounds lesson live on Facebook and YouTube that I would love you to join in with. If you miss it, don't worry as it will be available all day. Click here to follow the links. Happy Fred talking!
  • How about doing some P.E. each day with Joe Wicks? Pop on your P.E. kits and get active. Click on this link for a video workout. https://www.youtube.com/thebodycoachtv

Afternoon message:

Afternoon all.  I hope you have been enjoying making your Easter cards.  I have managed to find a story that includes both Puffins and Penguins today!!  It is call 'Puffin Peter'.  Let me know what you think of it.

Have a fantastic Easter break, enjoy the sunshine we have got coming.  Why not sit and read in the sunshine.  Jamie and I are reading Roald Dahl's 'Witches' and I am hoping we can finish that sitting in the sun.

For those of you who didn't get to do all of the activities this week, below is a document showing all of the activities and then some other documents as well.

Hello everyone. I took part in the Joe Wicks pe dress up today. I did it in my unicorn onesie but got so hot. I have done rwi this morning. I’ve also done the maths which I enjoyed. I will make Easter cards later. I am making some for neighbours too. I hope everybody has a lovely Easter break. Reply from Mrs Gillard: I did Joe Wicks as well, but sadly didn't dress up! I left that to Jamie who was spider man. Well done for doing it in a onesie. The neighbours will love their cards. Have a great Easter.
