“Preparing our children for all of their tomorrows”

Online safety

This year 'Safer Internet Day' was focussed on 'An internet we trust: exploring reliability in the online world'. Have a look at the poster competition winners below for Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

As part of your child's curriculum and the development of ICT skills, Ascot Heath Primary School provides supervised access to the internet.  We believe that the effective use of the World Wide Web and e-mail is worthwhile and is an essential skill for children as they grow up in the modern world.  Please read the attached rules for using the internet and the E-Safety Policy at the bottom of the page.

Our school internet provider operates a filtering system that restricts access to inappropriate materials.  This may not be the case at home so we have provided you with some information on safe internet access here and some links to further guidance at the bottom of the page.
