Mrs Elston – Deputy Head and Inclusion Lead
The SENDCo at Ascot Heath Primary School is Mrs Elston. She liaises closely with the class teachers to support children who may need additional help with their learning, behaviour or social skills. Mrs Elston will meet with parents, and outside agencies to support children's needs in the best possible way. The school works with Speech and Language therapists, the Educational Psychologist, Support for Learning and the Behaviour Support Team (BST). Other services may be available to meet an individual child's needs.
Mrs Eyers – Family Support Advisor
Mrs Eyers works with children who may have difficulties in social situations, have anxieties or worries. Mrs Eyers also runs regular parent surgeries or parental workshops as additional support for parents and carers.
Ms Cramond – Learning Support Assistant
Ms Cramond supports learning with individuals and small groups and has been trained to deliver speech and language intervention with EKLAN. Ms Cramond is also our Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA).
Mrs Padley – Teaching Assistant Learning Support Assistant
Mrs Padley works with groups of children and individual children to help them in their areas of need. She runs Emotional Literacy sessions in Key Stage Two.Enter text...
