Hi, I am Dave and I am the chair of governors. I have been a governor for 7 years. I live and work in North Ascot. I am passionate about our community and particularly seeing our children flourishing and getting the best start to their education. In my work as a pastor of a local church I am experienced in creating an environment where everyone, mostly volunteers, can be involved and use their skills and abilities to make the biggest difference. I am also on the Leadership team for larger group of churches which involves setting vision and strategy and working through transformation programmes and empowering churches to impact in their towns/cities. It is a privilege to serve on such a dynamic governing body in such a fantastic school. I have two sons, one of whom still attends the school. |
Hello. I am Rhona Stainthorp. I joined the Governing Body in the Autumn term 2015. I work as a professor in the Institute of Education at the University of Reading and have been involved in many national initiatives to improve literacy education. Both my children were educated at local state schools and I have a commitment to ensuring all children receive the best possible education in their local communities. |

Hello, I'm Rachel, I joined Ascot Heath in September 2019 as the Infant and Junior schools amalgamated to become one primary school. Prior to joining Ascot Heath I was Head Teacher of a primary school in Surrey for 7 years, where the school was also expanding to become a primary school. I am committed to primary school provision and the many benefits it provides to children. This is why I was so excited to join Ascot Heath to be part of a similar journey. It is a privilege to work with such committed staff, children and parents.

As a parent I believe we are extraordinarily privileged to have such a fantastic local school, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our staff. As a governor I value the opportunity this offers me to support the school and to be a small part of the team to ensure we continue to offer the best start for all our pupils. I am chair of the TLC committee. |
